I Don't Get it: Make Up.
There's two types of women. One that wears make up as if its as essential as wearing clothes to leave the house, and one who wears make up for special occasions.
The former one might look all polished and pretty but you know, when you do get to see them without those war paints on, there's a big chance that you'll think:
"No wonder she puts on make up."
Its a bad effect. If you wear make up so often, you risk making your au natural look look all blergh, when in reality its just like normal girls around you.
The latter one, seems oh so pretty during those special occasions My only beef is that, why does it look awkward on me?
Is it the colours, or that I don't have smooth skin? Or am I just not made for make up?

Well the obvious answer is that you don't need make up to look beautiful. It really could be that.
I agree wholeheartedly with Mark!
Makeup doesn't suit me either. Okay, maybe the most I have ever done is put on some mascara and eyeliner. But lipsticks, foundation powders, blush, glosses, glitter etc makes me look like a tranny! LOL. Seriously.
You forgot the third type: ME.
Never ever ever ever ever ever wear makeup. At least not willingly. My mother and sister have forced it on me on occasion, but I have many memories of bawling my eyes out when that stuff is painted on me.
It's weird, because my sister treats it like a security, but I feel safer without it. When I'm forced to where makeup, I feel more uncomfortable than anything, like I'm lying to the world. Eh.
But then I think of that quote... if you can't handle me at my worst, you sure as Hell don't deserve me at my best? Something like that. Everyone may always be seeing the worst of my face, so there's no surprises. But when it comes to others..... heh heh heh....
@Laila: But Who Said That You Become Anything Better By Caking Your Face Up? It's Better To Leave It Just Like It Is, Becoming Falsely Better Is Worse, It's Not Even Better.
